You may know me as the previous owner of “Meet The Surveyor” which I handed over to Phil Martin of the Rapid Property Group in July 2009 to concentrate fully on High Flyers Network.com. Or you may have met me at The Berkshire Meet or any of the numerous property events that I have attended through the years.

I believe Meet The Surveyor became such a success in a relatively short period of time because of our strong business ethics and a desire to consistently add value to our clients and customers. I endeavour to bring the same ethics and sense of passion to High Flyers Network.com. 

My background like many people I have met in the property industry has been pretty eclectic. I started out in retail sales which lead to “Direct Sales” in the insurance industry and then in utilities for many years.   Finally I left my sales career to work and play within the seminar business which was the most fun I’ve ever had... and the longest hours I ever had to put in too! ;-)

Although I have been in and around property investment for many years I decided to focus on it full time in 2007 where I learned about BMV deals and creative financing and all the wonderful things that opened my eyes to another world that was Property Investing.  

Since then I have been an avid student of property and at times a humble teacher and guide to others. As in life ...we teach what we need to learn most.

With High Flyers Network.com my aim is to bring together everyone from newbie to veteran property investors alike and bring the world of property under one roof where one can not only educate oneself but also connect with each other on a professional and personal level. After all the property business isn’t all about bricks and mortar.... it’s about people who need support, guidance, education ... and sometimes just a sounding board with someone willing to lend an ear.

My aim is to add tremendous value to you ...and for both of us to have as much fun as possible doing what we love.

Shruti started her career in Law and studied for years and worked for the Law Society for 6 years in Law Reform & Legal Policy .. and then discovered her passion for property, personal development and financial education and decided to do what she loves most.

You may know her from social media - especially Facebook, where she is very active. She is an avid networker and very active within the property circles and she has built a reputation and name for herself. She started off her property career sourcing property and also has an East London Property group and is very knowledgeable when it comes to most things including property and social media networking.

Iain Wooster started his career in Market Research in 1993. After 15 years he had risen to the position of Operations Director for one of the UK's leading independent research companies. With a view to the future, the company was sold by the directors in 2007 leaving Iain at a loose end and debating how his experience could best help other companies.

During his career Iain had been involved in operations support, financial planning, strategic development, application design and software change management - providing services to major Blue Chip organisations such as Daimler Chrysler, British Gas, Citroen and Peugeot. To continue to build on his work experience, Iain set up ihd-solutions.com a small company specialising in web design, business/management consultancy, research operations support and application provision for Small and Medium businesses, to provide larger company expertise at small company prices.

Sawan Gosrani is the videographer and editor for most of the videos which are put up on High Flyers Network.

Sawan runs his business in London focusing his filming on workshops, meetings, networking groups and small to medium events.

With experience and knowledge of video, sound and photography behind him, as well as website design, he is able to provide a high quality of video alongside audio and photography bringing in the expertise of his ever-growing team.

Brian started in the broadcasting business at the age of 15 in BBC local radio on Merseyside while he was still at school. By the age of 18 he was presenting a breakfast show in the north east of England and went on to spend 20 years presenting and producing shows for BBC and commercial radio. He had the opportunity to interview most of the top stars of the seventies and eighties and enjoyed an interesting life, four years of which was spent living on the road in a converted Bedford coach.

During the next two decades Brian embraced his love of technology and began writing computer programs for small businesses while working through the various levels of City & Guilds web design. He started his own hosting business in the mid nineties and began integrating computer and audio visual technology well before this was commonplace. In 1997 he designed and installed a computer network in the then new Blue Planet Aquarium at Ellesmere Port which centralised control of all audio and visual displays and controlled special effects like the rainfall, thunder and lightning in the Amazon exhibit.

Brian has continued to invest in the technology to deliver to each new device and his continued involvement with Internet hosting has led to many web based video projects. Brian began investing in property when he realised that, like most self-employed, he had no worthwhile pension arrangements and needed a quick fix. He quickly built a small portfolio before the mortgage supply dried up and then began networking and learning how to build on his investment (or was that just how to survive the current market?). So when you see Brian filming at a property event in the future you will know he is happy to talk about property and audio-visual and Internet technologies. And perhaps that interview he did with Cliff Richard in 1971.....
